Clearwater

Located in central Pinellas county straddled between the beautiful white sandy beaches of the gulf of Mexico and Old Tampa Bay. For years Clearwater Beach had held the title as the #1 beach in the country and rivaling the best beaches in the world. St. Petersburg

The urban heart of Pinellas county has been drawing new residents for years. An exciting and lively downtown and historic neighborhoods to choose from. This city has several amenities including a beautiful bayfront park with and recently completed St Pete Pier, the renowned Dali Museum, and the central avenue business district featuring unique and locally owned shops and restaurants waiting for you to explore. This city is also the home of the MLB’s Tampa Bay Ray’s Tropicana field, hoisting sporting events, live concerts and the annual winter village.


Dunedin

Located just north of Clearwater, offers an up and coming small beach town and unique charm. That’s especially important because it has a fantastic very walkable downtown filled with independent unique shops, restaurants and watering holes that you’ll want to call your local spot. You won’t find cookie-cutter franchised food or big box stores in this beautiful friendly downtown. You can also be laying on excellent beaches or fishing the surf of the Gulf in just minutes too. The city of Dunedin offers easy access to the major urban centers of Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa.


Largo

Located in the center of Pinellas County, is the 4th Largest City in the Tampa Bay Area. When you visit the different parts of the city, it feels more like a small beach town despite it’s size, and that makes it one of the more appealing places in the county. Filled with lush parks and trails.

Just off the beaten path of Clearwater lies this small and quiet town on the bay. Perfect for those that prefer the quiet small town feel while still being minutes from shopping, entertainment, and a diversity of restaurants.
